چکیده
Tibial plateau fractures tend to occur in patients with polytrauma and elderly history of significant fall. This study was undertaken evaluate explore new generation implant fixation tibial which is expected provide a stable minimum exposure, early mobilization, less complications better quality life. About 43 cases who had sustained (Schatzker type I-VI) operated anatomical contoured locking compression plate were included. Follow-up these done at 6 weeks, 3 months, months after surgery. We analyzed all our subjects using IKDC score for functional outcome depression measurement radiological months. All the analysed this graded accordance Schatzker classification. It observed that most fractures, i.e., 16 out (37.2%) VI 13 (30.2%) V. The average knee flexion 105.7±8.49 degrees 120.6±8.61 degrees. After evaluation, it extension lag (7%) total patients. Most 80.2±7.91% increased 86.92±8.05% Achieving maintaining reduction becomes easy advanced design plates, helps mobilization hence obtaining good outcomes fractures.

Prospective Case Study of Outcome of Tibial Plateau Fractures Treated with Locking Condylar Plate
Introduction: Tibial plateau injury involves the articular surface of the proximal tibia with diverse group of fractures that represent a wide spectrum of severity that challenge even the most experienced surgeons, but with the invent of modern diagnostic technology and the advent of locking plates, results appear to be improving over time. Method: The study was conducted on thirty patients adm...
متن کاملA Pitfall in Fixation of Distal Humeral Fractures with Pre-Contoured Locking Compression Plate
Anatomically precontoured locking plates are intended to facilitate the fixation of articular fractures and particularly those associated with osteoporosis. Fractures of the distal humerus are relatively uncommon injuries where operative intervention can be exceptionally challenging. The distal humeral trochlea provides a very narrow anatomical window through which to pass a fixed-angle locking...
متن کاملFunctional Results of Unstable (Type 2) Distal Clavicle Fractures Treated with Superior Anterior Locking Plate
Background: The treatment of distal clavicle fracture is always a challenge, as it is mostly unstable and has higherrate of delayed union, malunion, non-union and associated acromioclavicular arthritis. So the management of thesefractures remains controversial. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the functional results of Type 2 distal endclavicle fractures treated with superior anterior l...

Background: In the challenging tibial condyle fractures despite anatomical joint reconstruction, development ofosteoarthritis may still occur secondary to the initial articular cartilage and meniscal injury. The aim of the study wasto know incidence of osteoarthritis in our operated cases of tibial plateau fracture and to evaluate functional outcome. Methods: Our operated 60 patients of tibial p...
متن کاملComparison of Functional Outcomes of Tibial Plateau Fractures Treated with Nonlocking and Locking Plate Fixations: A Nonrandomized Clinical Trial
Fixation of tibial plateau fractures with plate has been widely used. This prospective study was planned to compare locking plate fixation of tibial plateau fracture with nonlocking methods in terms of their functional outcomes. The subjects of the study were selected from consecutive patients suffering from tibial plateau fractures referred to Kashani Hospital in Isfahan, Iran, between 2012 an...
